Information you give us
When you request an appointment, contact us, or call or text us from the Site, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, preferred appointment date and time, reason for your visit, dental insurance details, and anything you choose to include in a message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the website or ad that referred you. With your consent, this is collected through cookies and similar technologies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
Advertising and campaign details
If you arrive from an online ad, our appointment form may record the campaign source (for example, a Google click ID or UTM tag) so we can understand which advertising helps patients find us. This is never used to share your health details with advertisers.

- To verify insurance and prepare for your visit;

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never sell or rent patient information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the practice and the Site, such as our website host, our phone and text messaging provider, our email provider, and Google analytics and advertising services. They may use information only to provide services to us.
- Your dental plan and other providers involved in your care, as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of others.
- A successor if the practice is sold or transferred, subject to the same protections.

Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in to text messages, we collect your phone number, your consent (including the date, time, and how you opted in), and the messages you exchange with us. We use this only to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as conversations, customer care, appointment reminders, and appointment updates, and to honor STOP and HELP requests.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. How we protect information
The Site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No website, email, or text message is completely secure, so please avoid sending detailed health information by email or text. You are always welcome to call us instead.
How long we keep information
We keep website information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Information that becomes part of your dental record is kept as required by California law and professional standards.
Your choices
- Cookies: accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies through Cookie Settings.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Opt-out signals: we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of advertising cookies.

Do Not Track
Browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting, but there is no common standard for it, so the Site does not respond to it. We do honor Global Privacy Control as described above.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. Appointment requests for minors should be made by a parent or legal guardian.
